Magna's Market provides free web-based tools for Pokémon TCG and Magic: The Gathering collectors, including:
- Live card price checkers (Top 25 lists)
- Master set checklists and collection trackers
- Offline caching for use at card shows
- Premium accounts ($1 for 6 months) with ad-free browsing and a monthly newsletter
These tools are provided free of charge. Premium features are optional.
3. User Accounts
You may create a free account to save preferences and manage Premium status. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You must be 13 years or older to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Premium Subscription
Premium access costs $1.00 USD for 6 months and removes advertising from all pages. Premium also includes one monthly email newsletter. Promo codes may grant free Premium access for a limited time. Premium access is non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish our price data or checklists without permission
- Attempt to bypass ads or Premium restrictions
- Use the tools for any illegal activity
- Spam, harass, or abuse other users through our platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our server infrastructure
6. Card Price Data
Price data is provided by third-party APIs:
- Pokémon TCG: TCGdex (tcgdex.dev)
- Magic: The Gathering: Scryfall (scryfall.com)
We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of price data. Prices are for reference only and may not reflect actual market conditions. Always verify prices through multiple sources before buying or selling.
7. Advertising
Free pages display advertising from Google AdSense. Ads are served by Google and we do not control their content. Premium subscribers see no ads.
8. Offline Caching
Our price tools cache data in your browser for offline use. This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove cached prices.
9. Intellectual Property
The Magna's Market name, logo, and website design are property of Magna's Market. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo. Magic: The Gathering is a trademark of Wizards of the Coast. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
The website and tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accurate data. Use at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
Magna's Market shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to: financial losses from buying or selling cards based on price data, loss of cached data, or inability to access the website.
