Quick Start
- Pick a set from the dropdown — this locks the set for all cards you add until you change it.
- Set the condition (NM, LP, MP, HP, DM) and card type (Non-Holo, Holo, Reverse Holo, etc.) — these stay locked too.
- Type the card number, optional name, quantity, and cost. Hit Enter to log it. The fields clear automatically for the next card.
- Move to the next set when you're done scanning that stack.
Adding Cards
- Quick Add: Type the card number, optional name, qty, and cost. Press Enter. The card is logged with the currently locked set, condition, and card type.
- ChaosID: A location reference for finding the card in your physical collection (e.g., box number, shelf position, or sort order).
- Custom sets: Click "+ new set" to add a set that isn't in the dropdown. It gets saved permanently.
Editing & Organizing
- Inline editing: Click any field in the table to edit it directly — name, number, condition, qty, cost, card type.
- Move cards between sets: Click the ⇄ icon on any row to move it to a different set.
- Expand/Collapse: Click a set group header to collapse or expand it. Use "Expand all" / "Collapse all" for bulk control.
- Search: Use the search box to filter by card name, number, or set name.
- Delete: Click the ✕ icon on any row to remove it.
Backup & Restore
- Auto-save: Your ledger saves automatically to this browser after every change. No account needed.
- Export CSV: Download a CSV backup of your entire ledger. Do this regularly — your data lives in this browser only.
- Export JSON: Download a JSON backup (preserves all field types).
- Restore from file: Upload a previously exported CSV to replace or merge into your current ledger.
- Clear all: Removes all entries. Use with caution — this can't be undone.
Stats
The header shows Unique cards (distinct entries), Total units (sum of all quantities), Cost basis (sum of qty × cost), and Sets in stock (distinct sets with entries).
